Berry Plastics Group Names Thomas Salmon as CEO

Berry Plastics Group said it has elected Thomas Salmon as CEO effective Feb.3, succeeding Jonathan Rich, who previously announced his plans to retire. Rich will remain executive chairman of the board. Salmon joined the company in 2007 and has been president of the engineered materials unit and head of the rigid closed top division. He became president of the consumer packaging division in 2015.
